Is there anyone here in the forum that is in KANSAS ? I found out that Kansas has a law regarding the grand jury...that allows for Kansas citizens to FORCE the grand jury to do investigations....we sure need that in the American grand jury...with the info we have. So far out of all the presentments filed ( or attempted)...some courts flat out refuse to even look at it , it has come to a stagnation....some how we need to put a fire under someones tail to move quickly on this. I think we are running out of time....did you guys know there have been almost 200 presentments to different jurisdictions nationwide.
Anyway...if anyone knows someone in Kansas who is willing to push their grand jury...let me know.

So I called DC and apparently the phones are ringing off the hooks today (for this and other issues according to the operator.) It took me a few tries to get through to the operator and even to my senators office. So if you call and get a busy signal, don't give up- you'll get through eventually.

I also sent an e-mail out to fellow MN's (due to Klobuchar's high involvement in this) urging them to give her a call and let her know what they think.

Her office is playing stupid and stating that she isn't even a co-sponsor and they can't speak for her (then what is the point in calling? Am I really supposed to go to DC every time I want a voice since the rep/senator never personally calls me back? Seriously!) so I told them they don't have to bother to speak for her, she has spoken for herself and I know where she stands and I don't agree with it. And I sent her an email.

So, may I encourage you all to make the calls, send the e-mails, and educate the sleeping masses who will be affected by this!

I am still alive. I guess everytime i do some extra work around my house i will be down for a week with my stinking bad back.

I have read some of the post from you all...and how strange that we are on the same thought wave...I have often wished we could get a woodstock type concert built around the freedom movement, and for taking back our Government control.

Although the momentum is building around things like the teapartys and other types of rallys....I have said that what we really need is ALL the famous STAR attractions we can get.

there are a lot of famous stars and musicians who support us, some even out in the open....but it needs to be to the point that this is ALL they support.

they need to have a boycot of all the MSM , and hollywood, since its all illuminatti owned...but that would take 3 miracles to accomplish.

however as more of them start to suffer financial ruin, maybe more will come over to the cause.

I think thats why they started the damn "real life' type shows...in order to sway the average citizen to hollywood more and more, its also a good way to find the fittest of the fit in shows like "survivor"....don't you know they are keeping that list handy.

BOMBSHELL…Supreme Court now has Obama Citizenship case

AP- WASHINGTON D.C. - In a move certain to fuel the debate over Obama's qualifications for the presidency, the group Americans for Freedom of Information has Released copies of President Obama's college transcripts from Occidental College Released today, the transcript indicates that Obama, under the name Barry Soetoro, received financial aid as a foreign student from Indonesia as an undergraduate at the school.

The transcript was released by Occidental College in compliance with a court order in a suit brought by the group in the Superior Court of California . The transcript shows that Obama (Soetoro) applied for financial aid and was awarded a fellowship for foreign students from the Fulbright Foundation Scholarship program.

To qualify, for the scholarship, a student must claim foreign citizenship. This document would seem to provide the smoking gun that many of Obama's detractors have been seeking.

Along with the evidence that he was first born in Kenya and the re is no record of him ever applying for US citizenship, this is looking pretty grim. The news has created a firestorm at the White House as the release casts increasing doubt about Obama's legitimacy and qualification to serve as president.

When reached for comment in London , where he has been in meetings with British Prime Minister Gordon Brown, Obama smiled but refused comment on the issue.

Britain 's Daily Mail also carried the story in a front-page article titled, Obama Eligibility Questioned leading some to speculate that the story may overshadow economic issues on Obama's first official visit to the U.K.

In a related matter, under growing pressure from several groups, Justice Antonin Scalia announced that the Supreme Court agreed on Tuesday to hear arguments concerning Obama's legal eligibility to serve as President in a case brought by Leo Donofrio of New Jersey .

This lawsuit claims Obama's dual citizenship disqualified him from serving as president. Donofrio's case is just one of 18 suits brought by citizens demanding proof of Obama' s citizenship or qualification to serve as president.

Gary Kreep of the United States Justice Foundation has released the results of their investigation of Obama's campaign spending. This study estimates that Obama has spent upwards of $950,000 in campaign funds in the past year with eleven law firms in 12 states for legal resources to block disclosure of any of his personal records. Mr. Kreep indicated t hat the investigation is still ongoing but that the final report will be provided to the U.S. Attorney General, Eric Holder. Mr. Holder has=2 0refused to comment on the matter.

Please, if anyone finds anything else from reliable source as evidence of this, I would like to know ASAP. This is of major national concern if it is indeed TRUE...

This could be the "trigger" for more civil unrest (???) but he (Chapman) continues to say that after that there will be a crash of the dollar...spurring a TRUE 'BANKING HOLIDAY'....but my opinion is...I feel its coming...sooner than we know. I'm committed to following this ONE particular issue / story as I feel this is THE most important Urgency we need to know as quickly as it breaks into a solid confirmation of reliable evidence.

i will try to get an organized list of info...One thing I can tell you is that the group from patriot hearts ( which are somewhat associated with AGJ , although branch out on their own agenda...they do carry with them , the "presentments" from the citizens grand jury's calling for Indictment. they are in D.C. this weekend, starting Monday they are serving a "BLITZ' of presentments and the Treason charges ( walter Fitzpatrick + others) on ALL 500+ members of congress. I'm not sure how they will come out but I will get you a blurb of follow up what to say if you call. Of course you can always take the info and run with it yourself, as it is available to everyone. I will send you all I have ...might take a few days to contain it and organize.
The AGJ website has some instructions also, if you want they have the public version of the presentments on a download pdf...with instructions and a cover letter.
It's a lot to deal with but if you need a new angle of ACTIVE work, get to it.
